• Once payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled and will be processed for shipping.

2. No Refunds After Payment

• After successful payment, orders are non-refundable and will be shipped to your provided address.

3. Damaged Items During Transit

If any items arrive damaged:

• Replacement Option:

  • Send us clear photographs or video of the damaged product in its original packaging within 2 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the damaged item(s) at no extra cost.

• Refund Option (Alternate):

  • The value of the damaged item(s) will be refunded via bank transfer to your account (provide bank details when requested).
