• Currently, some products are shipped only within Pune  limits.

• For out-of-stock items, we will:

• Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled and will be processed for shipping.

Delivery Process

• Delivery timelines depend on courier/transport agencies. Delays by third parties are not our responsibility, though we will assist in follow-ups.

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates/times. If you’re unavailable:

  • The courier may reattempt delivery or request pickup from their office.

• Address Accuracy:

  • Verify your PIN code and address during checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

  • Remote locations may require pickup from the courier’s office.
